Savona is a lakeside community sitting along the shores of Kamloops Lake. It is located 25 minutes west of the city of Kamloops along Highway 1. Savona primarily features residential properties. There is a mix of smaller type homes to larger lakefront estates. Since Savona is a fairly small community there are always limited choices in the area. 

Savona does not have much commercial development and residents there do the majority of their shopping in Kamloops. There is a small convenience store and cafe in Savona. Tobiano is located 10 minutes from Savona which offers golfing, a restaurant and access to the marina. 

Savona is close to many recreational activities such as hiking, camping and of course watersports. It is a great community for those wanting to still be close to the city of Kamloops but live on or near the water.
