This area of Kamloops is located south of the Downtown core. Many of the properties are a short drive to the Aberdeen and uptown shopping areas making it desirable for those wanting rural living with city conveniences.

Knutsford does not have any shopping or schools. Most of these services are within a 10 minute drive from Knutsford. Because Knutsford reaches fairly far south some properties are a bit further than others. So it is really important to know where the Knutsford home is located when considering this area. Some areas of Knutsford are only serviced by dirt roads and not all of them are maintained year round. This means you will be looking at plowing your own access roads in the cooler months. 

Knutsford area just past Aberdeen has a number of amenities such as city water. There is a mobile home park on Highway 5A which has a number of older and newer homes in it that do come up for sale. Because of the altitude Knutsford does tend to get more winter and cooler temperatures. 

This area is known for it's beautiful rolling grasslands that seem to go on for 100's of kilometers.
